If not the world’s most famous fjord, the Geiranger fjord is certainly one of the greatest natural sights. While the littlevillage Geiranger at the end of the fjord is overrun by tourist and cruise passengers during daytime, it calms down when the evening is approaching. Here it shows a perfect early summer day with mountain tops still covered from snow,but it’s not always like that. For days it can be cold, misty and rainy even during summer but if the sun comes out and the sky turns blue, the scenery is of unprecedented beauty.
