Probably one of the most popular motives of Hamburg, it shows the old warehouse complex which became world heritage in 2015. During dusk the lights are switched one, illuminating the old brick stone warehouses built on a foundation of oak trees. Nowadays these buildings are hosting offices, museums, cultural places but partly still storing spices and carpets. However, the customs zone got abolished years back and containerization made the area look rather old-fashioned.
